Ingredients:
* Prawns: 100 gm.
* Pepper: 1 tsp.
* Butter: 10 gm.
* Garlic: 2-3 cloves
* Salt to taste
Method:
* Heat the butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté until slightly brown.
* Add the prawns. Add salt, pepper and mix. Cook until done, around 5-6 minutes.
* Garnish with some fresh coriander and serve hot.
