Ingredients:
* Boneless chicken: 200 gm.
* Red chili, Ginger, garlic and jeera paste: 2 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Dash of lime/lemon juice
* Curd/Yogurt: 1 tsp.
* Chicken masala: 1 tsp.
* Melted butter: 1 tsp.

Method:  

  • * Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and keep for 4-5 hours in fridge or less.  
  • * Grill for 20 minutes.
  • * You can marinade and grill directly also, but the longer you keep the chicken marinated, the more flavorful it will be.
