* 1⁄2 cup oats
* 1⁄2 cup cottage cheese
* 1 tsp. vanilla essence or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
* 4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
* A pinch of salt
* Stevia to taste
* Blend all ingredients in blender.
