Ingredients:  

  • * 100 gm. Chicken
  • * 3-4 cheese cubes
  • * 50 gm. fresh hung curd
  • * 80 gm. Paneer
  • * ½ tsp. ginger garlic paste
  • * 1 cardamom
  • * 2 green chilies
  • * A handful of Mint leaves
  • * Salt to taste
  • * 10 gm. Butter

Method:
* Blend all the ingredients except the cheese in a blender.
* Make a fine paste if need be add very little water, a tbsp.. or so but not more
than that.
* Take small portions of it on wet hands and stuff with grated cheese.
* Shallow fry the tikkis in butter/ ghee. Sprinkle some chat masala and drizzle
lemon juice of half a lemon and enjoy.
