Ingredients:
* Chicken: 150 gm.
* Onion: 1/2
* Curry leaves: A few
* Green chilies: 2
* Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp.
* Coriander/Dhania powder: 1 tbsp. (This is the main spice)
* Lal mirch powder: 1 tsp.
* Salt as per taste
* Coconut milk: 30 ml
* Coconut oil: 15 gm.
* Jeera and Mustard seeds: ½ tsp. each

Method:  

  • * Take a pan and add oil, add mustard and jeera seeds and let it crackle.
  • * Add ginger garlic paste, pieces of green chili, and curry leaves.
  • * Add sliced onions; let it cook till golden brown.
  • * Now add chicken and the spices and cook for a while adding a bit of water if required.
  • * Finally add coconut milk diluted. Cover the pan and cook till done.
