Ingredients:
* Prawns 100 gm
* Rice 40 gm
* Spinach 200 gm
* Ghee 14 gm
* Tomato and onion 10 gm
* Lime juice 1 tbsp
* Salt to taste

Method:

* In pan heat 5 gm. Ghee. Add prawns and sauté well. They take about 5 minutes
to cook.
* Add salt, red chili, turmeric, garam masala and Lime juice. Mix well. Prawns r
done.
* In pan take 10 gm. of ghee add tomatoes and onion (optional). Add washed and
cut spinach. Add green chili, salt and sauté till water absorbed.
* Add cooked rice and mix well. Now add prawns. Mix well and serve hot.
