* Melted butter: 10 gm.
* Yogurt: 15 gm.
* Stevia to taste
* Salt to taste
* Black pepper: 2-3 pinches


Method:
* Mix butter, yogurt, stevia, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
* Coat the paneer with the marinade.
* Grill the paneer or pan fry for 15 to 20 minutes.
