Ingredients:
* Paneer: 100 gm.
* Butter: 5 gm.
* Coriander powder: 1 tsp.
* Chili powder: 1 tsp.
* Turmeric powder: 1 tsp.
* Cumin powder: 1 tsp.
* Garam masala: 1 tsp.
* Roasted cumin powder: 1 tsp.
* Oregano: 1 tsp.
* Juice of ½ Lemon
* Salt to taste


Method:
* Cut paneer in small cubes. Add all the ingredients excluding butter & mix well
* Take a pan. Add butter. Add paneer pieces. Roast well in butter till paneer looks
little crispy.
