Ingredients:
* Paneer cubes: 200 gm.
* Curd: 2 tsp.
* 2 to 3 green chilies
* Handful of coriander
* Salt to taste
* Melted butter: 10 gm.
* Black pepper to taste
Method:
* Grind curd, chilies, coriander, salt, butter, and black pepper to a fine paste.
* Coat the Paneer with the paste and grill it for 20 minutes or pan fry until both
sides cooked. It’s ready to serve.
