Ingredients:
- * Gobi/Cauliflower: 100 gm.
- * Jeera: ½tsp.
- * Garlic cloves: 2-3
- * Ginger: ½ inch
- * Curry leaves
- * Haldi: ½tsp.
- * Red chili powder: 1 tsp.
- * Green chili: 1
- * Coriander
Method:
* Add in all the ingredients in a cooker. Add in 5-6 tbsp. of water. Let it cook till 5-6
whistles.
* Once done and dry up the remaining water. Serve hot with cheese roti or paneer
roti.
