Ingredients:  

  • * Gobi/Cauliflower: 100 gm.
  • * Jeera: ½tsp.
  • * Garlic cloves: 2-3
  • * Ginger: ½ inch
  • * Curry leaves
  • * Haldi: ½tsp.
  • * Red chili powder: 1 tsp.
  • * Green chili: 1
  • * Coriander

Method:
* Add in all the ingredients in a cooker. Add in 5-6 tbsp. of water. Let it cook till 5-6
whistles.
* Once done and dry up the remaining water. Serve hot with cheese roti or paneer
roti.
