Ingredients:  

  • * Paneer cubes: 200 gm.
  • * Melted butter: 10 gm.
  • * Kadhai masala: 1 tsp.
  • * Kashmiri lal mirch: 1 tsp.
  • * Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp.
  • * Salt to taste
  • * Half lemon juice
  • * Curd: 2 tsp.

Method:
* Marinate the Paneer in all the ingredients.
* Grill or tawa fry using butter for 18 to 20 minutes.
