Ingredients:
- * Paneer cubes: 200 gm.
- * Melted butter: 10 gm.
- * Kadhai masala: 1 tsp.
- * Kashmiri lal mirch: 1 tsp.
- * Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp.
- * Salt to taste
- * Half lemon juice
- * Curd: 2 tsp.
Method:
* Marinate the Paneer in all the ingredients.
* Grill or tawa fry using butter for 18 to 20 minutes.
