* Paneer: 100 gm.
* Cheese: 50 gm.
* Isabgol: 2 tsp.
* Butter: 10 gm.
* Kitchen king masala: one pinch,
* Salt to taste
* Chaat masala, black pepper powder, oregano and chili flakes to taste.

* Grate cheese and keep them ready.
* Mash paneer and add isabgol and all spices except oregano and chili flakes.
* Make a medium thick round base using hand. Shallow fry this base using half the
butter and then flip it and use remaining butter.
* Top it with grated cheese, oregano and chili flakes. Cover it with a lid for some
time for the cheese to melt.
* Enjoy hot and spicy paneer pizza.
